Reset Windows 8.1 password?
Hello all,
Hope you can help
I have tried hirens bootcd and had no luck. I used an 8.1 install disc to get the command prompt and was able to create a new user, gain nt authority, change the password but it did not take effect.
Does anyone know why these options aren't working? Do you have another idea?
